Product Refund / Return Policy: Infusion Knowledge, Inc. must receive order cancellations prior to products / class materials being shipped. We generally do not issue refunds or accept product returns after products / class materials have been shipped unless extenuating circumstances apply. All requests for product returns or desired refunds MUST be received in writing within 3 business days of receipt and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Order discrepancies and/or damaged goods must also be reported to Infusion Knowledge, Inc. within 3 business days of receipt.
Online Program Cancellation / Refund Policy: Infusion Knowledge, Inc. must receive cancellations for online programs within 3 business days of user activation. Refunds will not be given for an online program that has already been accessed.
Class Cancellation / Refund Policy: Infusion Knowledge, Inc. must receive all cancellation requests in writing no later than 14 days prior to a scheduled class date. Refunds are generally not issued after that date unless extenuating circumstances apply and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to cancel classes if sufficient registrations are not received 2 weeks prior to a scheduled class date.
Paying By Check: Make checks payable to “Infusion Knowledge, Inc.” and mail to P.O. Box 8649, Clearwater, Florida 33758. Please make sure to include your Sales Order Number on your check. You will not be officially registered for a class until payment is received.
Delivery: Products / class materials (if applicable) will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail within 3-5 business days of order placement. Additional shipping charges will apply for overnight delivery or for orders shipped to a location outside of the United States.
Online Programs: You will be sent an email (within 1-2 business days of order placement) with instructions and a link to access your online program. Please Note: These emails are system-generated and quite often will inadvertently go to your junk/spam folder.
Sales Tax: 7% sales tax will be added to any product order that is shipped to a Florida address.
