When you register for the PICC Clinical Program you will receive a welcome email with a copy of the PICC Clinical Getting Started Guide, which will include everything you need to know about your PICC Clinical.
All admission requirements as outlined in the Getting Started Guide MUST be completed and submitted to Infusion Knowledge, Inc. BEFORE YOUR PICC CLINICAL WILL BE SCHEDULED.

Dates are scheduled a minimum of 4 to 6 weeks out (once all required documentation has been received) so the sooner you submit your documentation the better!
Refund / Transfer / Cancellation Policy: There will be no refunds issued for the PICC Clinical Program. If you cannot attend the agreed upon clinical dates, you must notify Infusion Knowledge, Inc. in writing a minimum of 2 weeks prior to your scheduled dates. You may reschedule one time only and will be charged a non-refundable fee of $250.
If you have an unexpected emergency and cannot attend your scheduled clinical, you MUST contact Infusion Knowledge, Inc. at least 48 hours before. If Infusion Knowledge, Inc. is not notified prior to a no-show, the PICC Clinical registration fee and the opportunity to reschedule will be forfeited.
Every effort is made to conduct classes as listed in our promotional materials and on our website. However, occasionally, circumstances make it necessary for classes to be cancelled or postponed. If it is necessary for us to cancel or reschedule, you will be notified by phone, as well as email.
