Legal Consulting

Infusion Knowledge, Inc. has several legal nurse consultants well qualified to serve as expert witnesses, and/or to provide case review. All of our legal nurse consultants are able to provide opinions and serve as witnesses for either plaintiff or defense cases. Our legal nurse consultants believe in our values and will provide a thorough, honest opinion, using current healthcare standards, for any case set before them.

Court Appearances
Any and all appearances, either in court, mediation, or given depositions (including travel time) will be invoiced at an hourly rate.

All expenses (i.e. toll calls, reference articles, copies, etc.) incurred will be the responsibility of the contracting party and will be invoiced accordingly.

Travel Expenses
The contracting company is responsible for travel expenses, including mileage and/or airfare, accommodations, meals, and any additional related expenses.
