Infusion Knowledge, Inc. is dedicated to improving I.V. therapy practice in all healthcare settings through quality education and consulting.

We believe all patients, healthcare providers, and healthcare institutions are entitled to benefit from I.V. Therapy of the highest quality. Because I.V. Therapy is always best delivered by a knowledgeable and highly skilled professional, it is our goal to promote quality I.V. practice in the acute and alternative healthcare settings, through professional continuing education opportunities.

Aspiration
We hope to facilitate infusion therapy of the highest level in all healthcare settings through comprehensive education services to all those providing care.  We will provide quality education so that those who have trusted us to prepare them for practice are not only competent, but comfortable and confident with their I.V. Therapy practice.  This level of knowledge among clinicians will ultimately help to raise the standard of care delivered to patients.

Ideal
That any patient who receives I.V. therapy of any kind, in any care setting, will have that procedure performed by a healthcare provider who is thoroughly educated about current, evidence-based I.V. therapy.

History of Infusion Knowledge

Infusion Knowledge, Inc. was created in the year 2001 by a group of dedicated infusion clinicians, whose goal was to create a company that would offer and facilitate I.V. Therapy education to all levels of healthcare providers.

Charter Members include Jeannette Adams, PhD, CS, CRNI®, Kay Coulter, CRNI®, VA-BC™, Michelle Franklin, BSN, CRNI®, MBA, Lee Melvin, CRNI® and Florette Redmond, RPh.  Kay Coulter currently acts as the Executive Director and Principal Instructor.
